The successful candidate will be responsible for: developing QA and testing methodologies, standards, and templates; providing QA and testing practice leadership through interaction with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, UAT Staff, System Developers, and end-users; maintaining current knowledge assets repository and ensuring it¡¦s availability for use as required by stakeholders; facilitating, coordinating, and validating the implementation of QA and testing methodologies, standards, templates, and tools across solution delivery projects; advocating for QA and testing governance and compliance in all stages of solution delivery projects; assuming the role of Testing Coordinator for solution delivery projects as required, spanning from requirement gathering through UAT signoff; interacting extensively with technology and service vendors; continuously researching and updating stakeholders on industry trends and developments; developing testing strategies and plans; developing testing documentation and reports on testing process and results; detecting, analyzing, reporting, and mitigating QA and testing risks. The incumbent must be customer-focused and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity. The QA Analyst will be expected to work in multiple team settings, possibly at more than one physical address/location, and will also be expected to adjust working hours to project schedules.
Required skills include:
-Must have QA and Testing Methodology and Process Engineering skills
-SDLC expertise, including SW analysis and design methodologies required
-Research skills, Testing and QA Tools Automation skills, and Requirements Management skills required
-Advanced WinRunner and LoadRunner skills
-Interpersonal savvy, with excellent presentation and communication skills
-Superior writing ability
-Organizational skills including work planning, multitasking, negotiation, knowledge management, time management and reports, requirements management
-Test Planning and Reporting, data analysis, and graphical presentation of data
-Broad technology awareness
-CQA or comparable certification
